RejuviRx

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RejuviRx website and services. Last updated October 29, 2026.

Nature of Our Services

RejuviRx is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers through LocumTele for telehealth consultations. RejuviRx does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers using their professional judgment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in a U.S. state where services are offered at the time of your consultation, and provide complete and accurate health information.

No Guarantee of Prescription

Completing an intake or consultation does not guarantee a prescription. A provider may decline to prescribe if treatment is not medically appropriate.

Pharmacy Fulfillment

Prescriptions are filled by licensed, independent pharmacies, including Rush Pharmacy and Epiq Scripts. Some medications may be compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Payments and Subscriptions

Fees are disclosed before purchase. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Not for Emergencies

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RejuviRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RejuviRx is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
