Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before starting a consultation.

What states do we serve?+

50 states are served by RejuviRx.

Who are our pharmacies?+

Rush Pharmacy and Epiq Scripts.

Who is our provider network?+

LocumTele.

How do consultations work?+

You complete a secure online medical intake covering your health history, current medications, and goals. A licensed provider in your state reviews your information and may contact you with follow-up questions. If the provider determines a medication is appropriate, a prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy. If treatment is not appropriate, no prescription is issued.

Is a prescription required?+

Yes. All medications require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. Submitting an intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

How long does shipping take?+

Once a prescription is issued and processed, orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from the dispensing pharmacy. Medications ship in temperature-controlled packaging when required, and you will receive tracking information by email.

What is your refund policy?+

If a provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment, your consultation fee is refunded. Because of pharmacy regulations, dispensed medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except for damaged or incorrect orders. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

What side effects are possible?+

Common side effects of GLP-1 medications can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal discomfort. Serious side effects are possible. Your provider will review risks with you, and you should contact your provider or seek emergency care if you experience severe symptoms.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes. You can cancel ongoing care at any time by logging in to your account or contacting support. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle.
