RejuviRxRefund & Return Policy
This policy describes refunds and returns for RejuviRx services. Last updated October 29, 2026.
Consultation Fees
If a licensed provider determines you are not an appropriate candidate for treatment, your consultation fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Medications
Under state and federal pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed. Dispensed medications are therefore non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will coordinate a replacement or refund with the pharmacy.
Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; orders already processed by the pharmacy cannot be cancelled.
