Processing

Orders are processed by the dispensing pharmacy after a valid prescription is issued, typically within 1–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Medications requiring refrigeration are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Refrigerate upon arrival as directed.

We ship only to U.S. addresses in states where services are offered. We do not ship internationally.

Some shipments may require a signature. Contact support immediately if a package is lost, delayed, or damaged.
